"J'étais déçue de ne pas pouvoir accéder à la salle de sport car les clés de la réceptionniste ne fonctionnait pas. Elle devait me revenir après avoir parlé à sa cheffe mais elle ne l'a pas fait. Par contre la chambre était propre et il y avait des commerces à proximité. "
