Nestled within easy reach of all the thrills of Florida's amusement parks, from Busch Gardens to Legoland, Disney World, and Universal Studios, this 70's themed and spacious home promises endless fun for families and friends.

This spectacular house has a great vibe to make your family vacation or a quick getaway with friends unforgettable. Ample spaces so you can find privacy and tranquility within all the fun and perfect outdoor tree swing for a calming time.

The house allows for 8 guests and features spacious rooms with carpets for a cozy feeling and excellent amenities, including a Master bedroom with a queen bed and workspace area, a Dining Room with a dining table (seats 6), and two living areas: one game area with colorful sofas to lay back and enjoy and a 70" tv for entertainment. The second area offers a conversational space with a backyard view and is finalized with a cozy reading nook and bed.

Full Kitchen with all new appliances including fridge, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig Coffee Maker, patio with Outdoor Furniture and firepit, High-Speed Internet, new Washer and dryer, Digital Smart Locks, and a colorful decoration thoughtfully selected to make your stay unique and fun.

You will have full access to the entire house, which will not be shared with other guests.

Great Value
The area around Legoland is mostly rural and it is hard to find modern houses around. This property is no exception but what it lacks in upgraded bathrooms and kitchen it makes up in cleanliness, wonderful spaces to spend with family and friends, ample living-room, dining room and play area, all in the same open space. So, the adults can be having a conversation in the living-room while the kids have fun on the other side of the space and can be monitored. Beds were confortable, AC works great, Washer/Dryer/Dishwasher are all modern and super clean. Again, Kitchen and bathrooms are not modern, but are clean and the overall decor and furnishings are modern and transmit a good vibe. Given the great price and other perks (such as how close it is to Legoland) we would stay here again. The host is an amazing person to work with , she is available to respond questions and was wonderful to us.
