  • Rolling Birch Cottage is a custom home with many extras. This upscale retreat greets you with a wrap around porch, complete with porch swing overlooking the property and lake. Inside a large open floor plan with Great Room beckons you to come in and relax. 2 stories of windows overlook the lake and this peaceful setting. This well appointed home features hardwood floors, large screen TV, spacious kitchen with granite counter tops, Jen-air Range and stainless Refrigerator and dishwasher. Master Bedroom has King size bed, 2nd Bedroom has 1 queen size bed. Queen Sleeper sofa in great room sleeps 2.

    Home is located within quaint village of Lake Ann 13 miles west of Traverse City on Bryan Lake. Bryan Lake is a small no motors, spring fed lake. Row boat and 2 kayaks included.
