"We had a wonderful time at the Lake. We were in an excellent location and Martin was very accommodating for our dogs. The fenced in yard was a big bonus. We lost air conditioning briefly but that issue was resolved quickly. We definitely plan to come back to Lake Anna. Thank you"

"The location is perfect with privacy, shaded views of the lake from the deck in the morning, a spacious fire pit area overlooking the lake, as well as a great fishing spot off the dock and along the water’s edge! We had s’mores and an outdoor movie night by the fire, which was magical! The kayaks were also a big hit with everyone! The house had plenty of space for our family of 11 to spread out! The indoor video games were a nice evening activity in the lower level of the home. We were a bit disappointed that the dart board was not there even though it was pictured and a previous post said it had been replaced, but there were plenty of other things to do. We enjoyed early morning hot tub soaks and watching the fish jump and the squirrels play over our morning coffee. The large game room was a converted garage complete with pool, foosball, and ping pong tables, which were all in great shape. We would have been able to use them more if the A/C was working in that area, but we could never get the thermostat to work to cool it down despite reaching out to the manager about it, so it was quite hot in there! The laundry room had a great washer/dryer, and the grills were in the perfect location on the front deck close to the kitchen. The kitchen layout was perfect for cooking with several people at once, and the walk in pantry was so convenient! The front yard was huge! Overall, we were very happy with the property and had a great week! We would definitely recommend it!!"

"The cabin was just what we needed; clean, cozy, private space, great amenities and great location. My children enjoyed playing bumper pool, fooseball, and all of the space to run around! We all enjoyed the short walk to the lake public access. Our host was absolutely wonderful and so accommodating! Highly recommend and we will most certainly be back!"
