This home was cozy and it felt like being at home. It had a beautiful view of the lake from the balcony and surrounding areas. The home had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The property manager was very good with communication. This was an impressive home by the lake in which my family enjoyed. I highly recommend a stay in this beautiful home.

The photos for the listing are as true in person as they are online! Being unfamiliar with the area, communicating with the property owner was a breeze, and they were friendly at any time of the day. After our stay here for my fiancee's surprise birthday, we'd consider re-booking next time we're in the area.

This cabin was absolutely amazing! It was perfect for us and our extended family. It is exactly like the photos. The view of the lake is wonderful. The beds and furniture are fairly comfortable and clean. The only bed that is on the "main level" (where the front door, kitchen and living room are) is the master with the king, and all of the other bedrooms are downstairs (which have direct access from the garage). The downstairs bathroom has a large, deep tub with jets that was a treat! The owner, Donnie, is pleasant and very responsive to all your needs. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was nice and as described. Upon arrival, there were a few things that weren't as tidy as we would have liked but nothing we couldn't easily take care of on our own. After the first night, we noticed the air conditioning did not work and a gas leak in the wall behind the dryer. The Guest Contact responded immediately and sent the Gas Company and a Plumber to handle the gas leak and repairmen for the AC. Both issues were fixed but put a damper on our vacation as I stayed behind without my family to make sure both issues were fixed. The Contact could not be present and I wanted to be certain all was done or we would obviously need to cancel the rest of our stay. The Property Management provided a credit for the inconvenience. Despite the issues, which were handled professionally and in a timely manner, we enjoyed the property and would stay here again in the future.

We reserved this property for Ski Week 2022 (Feb) for my 2 kids, my wife and I. The communication with Donnie was flawless. He always promptly replied and answered any questions I had. The information was very clear on the instructions, but we are old school and like interacting with people. We arrived at the property and as instructed, the access is not very easy especially if it is snowing. Make sure you understand how to access the house as it has 2 ways to access it: Parking on the street below and using the stairways or driving up the ramp and using the garage. The house was amazing! Everything in this home is first class! We were able to find everything we needed for our stay. I was very impressed with how we could easily find everything we needed for cooking, eating, showering, cleaning, etc. And every item in this home was top quality! The layout of the house is perfect for 1 or 2 families to stay. The bedrooms are very spacious! The living room, the kitchen, and the loft are great areas to hangout. The view is amazing! We could see the lake and it has a huge balcony that you can also hangout with friends or family. We are definitely planning another trip to Lake Arrowhead and I am really hoping that this house is available again!
