Available lakes for swimming, fishing, and walking trails are Lake Gregory in Crestline, Lake Silverwood, and Big Bear Lake in Big Bear. Lake availability will vary by season. If we smell any smoke/marijuana inside the home, there will be an additional $250 fee. -No outdoor fires of any kind -If this is a Pet-Friendly home, all pets must be approved by management.
