"My room was clean, but outdated. The shower head looked really old, and the non-slip mat was discolored. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked great, the staff were very kind and helpful, but the breakfast was very disappointing. Some food was cold, some was unavailable, the bread did not taste fresh, etc. I do not think the quality of everything matched the price paid at all. If you just need somewhere to sleep for the night this was a decent option, but if I was planning on spending more...

"Upon arrival, the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly! He proved to be very helpful with other items throughout our stay, including helping us to switch to a new room when our air conditioning wasn't working. The hotel is certainly outdated and could use a good deep clean and updating. The view was gorgeous overlooking the river! All in all, it got us close enough to the concert (Country Thunder) without the overpriced price tag, which is what we wanted and knew we were getting."

"My room was very clean, updated, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was wonderful and offered many options as well. The pool/hot tub were also clean and maintained well. The staff were kind and helpful, and overall I had a great experience. I would definitely stay again, and try this hotel brand in other locations as well because of this stay."

"The room was great!! We had the King size bed with the sofa. The only downfall was the pillows were small but we had our own so it was not that big of deal . The room was really clean, the air conditioner worked great, TV was a little iffy to work but once you got it working it was fine."
