"There was a lot of misunderstandings about the property and unbeknownst to the host a lot of things were either missing or broken but she handled it pretty professionally. The only thing that threw us the most was that it seemed like one of the bedrooms was locked off and instead of that bedroom was the tent with beds that was considered a bedroom. "

"45 minutes prior to arriving, the property owner informed me that VRBO double booked the property and that the other family had shown up before us. I contacted VRBO, that was a lie. The owner placed us in the lesser property he had available but charged us the same price as the higher quality property we had paid for a month in advance. Apparently he rented out the property we had originally paid for to a large group throwing a party. 20 plus cars lined the driveway, all the way down to our lot....
