"Beautiful restored villa on the shores of Lake Como"

"First of all, the staff at Il Perlo Panorma is exceptional. They were so accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. We arrived and had booked the Basic Room. It was ok, but since it was our 20 th anniversary, we asked about upgrading the room. The Junior Suite was available. They handle our room switch while we were away, moved our luggage and the Suite was amazing. We literally didn't want to leave the room. It had a huge balcony with stunning views of Bellagio and the lake, wonderful...

"Nice breakfast, clean room, very helpful staff, beautiful garden, amazing Christmas decoración !"

"This property rates itself as a four-star but fails in a number of ways, FIRST, we there in late October shoulder season…. Which means the HVAC system was completely off. "The hotel is located at a beautiful spot overlooking lake Como, stunning views. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms. However the hotel is extremely difficult to navigate, very confusing set up with various entrances, staircases and elevators. Difficult to get luggage in and out."

"Our room was basic but comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful with our questions about things to do and navigating local transportation options. Our stay included a breakfast buffet offering fresh fruits, pastries, meats, cheeses and fresh breads. Very tasty."
