"Great location and service. The only reason for 4 stars on cleaning was despite not opening the window there was a lot of dust / pollen floating around from the air conditioning. Otherwise excellent place to stay. "

"A beautiful old hotel in the heart of the pedestrian part of the town. You do have to walk up a steep hill or many steps though if you go down to the lake! My only criticism would be there is absolutely no fresh air in the bedroom, I realise it's an old hotel so I'm not sure how you would change that..... The car parking is also a bit of a walk from the hotel, but you can unload before going to the parking area."

"The room was clean and comfortable, The staff were friendly and helpful. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but staff helpfully supplied a kettle when requested. Hotel was a pleasant 20 minutes walk along the river to the old town and public transport options are also available, A very pleasant stay."
