"This place had everything we need!! Very clean beds , everything clean and tidy . Our only issue was the spiral staircase . If you’re not a small person you will have a hard time getting up and down the stairs, so you will have to go outside and walk around the house to get to bottom floor . We would choose to stay here again as long as the price is right . Super easy communication with the owner ! "

"Clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. The screened in back porch has a nice hot tub and overlooks the pond out back. Not only is it in the beautiful Lake Cumberland region, but there is also a lot of Civil War history to explore within a reasonable drive. Also recommend a one block stretch in "old" Monticello that has an awesome museum, and The City Pool Hall for an amazing cheeseburger."

"This house was great for our weekend stay! We loved the adventure of climbing down the stairs and rocks to get to the dock. The star gazing down there was amazing. I will say if you have a large boat, the driveway is hard to turn around in and we had to back out. We had to stop traffic to do so but everyone was super friendly. The views from the deck are great! The host was so easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again!! "

"The view from the deck is amazing. The beds were very comfortable, more than any that I've ever stayed at. It was nice to have a fenced-in yard for our dogs. It was within 20 minutes of numerous restaurants, Walmart, and Kroger. The game room was a lot of fun. We especially enjoyed playing Pac-Man. The family room off the deck was nice and big, very comfortable, had a nice TV, and a great view. That's where we spent a lot of time, and loved it."
