"We are frequent visitors to Wisc Dells. This was our first time at Great Wolf Lodge. We had a great time. They had so many family friendly events. We will definitely stay again. The only thing we would change is how warm the indoor water parks were:) "

The only very odd thing is that the vanity had no rack for hand towels and the bathroom had only one small rack for bath towels in a room that was supposed to accomodate up to four people. Good facility with a small lakefront on the quiet side of the lake. We would enjoy returning. But hoping you will have installed some rack space."

But, most importantly to me was the fact that the general managers cell phone number was given which you can call 24 hrs a day if you have an issue. I found that unique and reassuring.
