"Beautiful property"

"Getting to the property was tough, very tough but so worth it. I was lucky enough to go outside of the wet season but it was still hard. The facility itself is beautiful and the food is delicious. The staff is beyond kind and helpful. The shower though, it hardly worked and water went everywhere. Booking online on their direct site was giving us a challenge until we booked through Expedia and from here we had no issues. There is not fitness room so that was sad and no iron. "The staff were very friendly and helpful and helped us practice our Swahili. We ate dinner and breakfast at the in house restaurant which was delicious. Our room was great and had everything we needed. We were also able to park in the reserved hotel parking out the front and the security helped us with our bags too. We had a great stay here and will hopefully be back next time we visit Nakuru!"

Cet endroit se situe à mi-chemin entre le lac Nakuru et Naivasha, donc excellent emplacement pour visiter ces 2 endroits. A environ 2h30 de Nairobi. Tout le personnel de l’hôtel va nous manquer, car leur gentillesse est mémorable. Bravo!"

"The peopeety is new So the rooms are very clean However, there are some basic rhings they need to make sure they prepare. Rooms have no floor rugs, Do not Disturb signs and the shower curtains in.the bathroom are too short, which makes the bathroom wet. Tje building needs to jave exit signs installed for safety. Overall i was happy with the place. There was no noise and the staff were vwey pleasant"
