"Terrible. Stay. Had to check out early due to staff attitude. From manager telling me to “control” my service animal to the front desk refusing to help me get access to my room. Horrible service. Hotel is nice though "

"Staff were super friendly and accomodating! But rooms were not clean and outdated. The first room I was in had a flooded bathroom floor and what looked like mold in the corners on the ceiling. I called the front desk and staff immediately gave me a new room. However the new room was also rundown and not well cleaned. Spiders and spiderwebs in the ceiling corners and a small roach in the bathtub that I washed down the drain."
