"This is a cute basement apartment with everything you need for a brief stay. The beds are comfortable and the manager welcoming and attentive. Thank goodness there is assigned private parking! Seattle neighborhood parking is challenging and the cars lining the streets make driving the narrowed streets a driving adventure. Easy access to downtown and many local sites."

"This stay was in the perfect location for tourists. You can walk to Pike Market, you can walk to the waterfront, you can walk to the monorail that takes you directly to the Space Needle and Chihuly Glass and Gardens, and you can walk to restaurants and bars. We loved having two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Having a washer/dryer in the apartment was a nice amenity. Debra was a great property manager and was quick to answer. Comfortable and clean with everything you need!"

"We arrived to Seattle on one of the hottest days of the year. The directions to the property were not clear and it was hard to locate. The ad says there is Air Conditioning. It wasn't until we got the email the day before that it stated they do not have Air Conditioning. I was told that most places in Seattle do not have AC. I thought the box fan and an open window would help, but there is a huge tree blocking the one window so it was hot. There were two of us in our 50's walking up and down...

"This was one of the nicest equipped VRBO properties I've stayed in. The bed was comfortable, check in and out were simple, and the location was perfect for us. The location is a bit noisy but the hosts have even included items to help mitigate that too!"

Everything was clean and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. If you’re okay walking or scootering, you have easy access to most of the Seattle tourist spots.
