"Great place with a beautiful location by the lake, and amazing gardens. We had wonderful days at Splendido. We would come back. But to honor the name, furniture in the rooms needs to be updated and better maintained, and staff at the restaurants should be better trained and have more experience (though Ariana was very nice and attentive). Staff at reception were kind and helpful). Overall, a good choice if you want to spend a few days in the beautiful Lago di Garda."

"The hotel was in the perfect location, a few minutes walk from the old town of Sirmione but away from the hustle and bustle. It has its own jetty into the lake where you can swim easily without having to go to one of the main lidos which are gravely and busy. The pool is also lovely! The staff were very friendly and helpful, good advice on various things. The rooms are fairly basic but clean and plenty of room. We had a lake view which was beautiful. We definitely recommend this hotel...
