"This place exceeded my expectations! Clean, modern accommodations and extremely helpful and attentive staff that was checking on my needs daily via text messages. I had a problem with one of the bathroom light switches and after notifying the staff, they sent a repair tech immediately. I would definitely stay here again and king size bed was extremely comfortable! Close proximity to downtown Lake Geneva, other stores and attractions via car. "

"Love this property!..The Hotel is beautiful as well as the grounds & amenities..The restaurant 'Crafted' Italia is also superb with beautiful views of the grounds & Lake Como. Staff is always so accommodating. The Patio - Lakeside Room is the best! I have stayed here (3) times & have always love my stay."

"It started off with some glitches. I paid for an add on for a birthday except the day before our arrival I had not heard from anyone for the name of the birthday person or color of balloons. Check in went smoothly. When we got to our room one of the bedrooms ac wasn’t working so had to call in that. The bathroom sink didn’t drain had to use a butter knife and when we went to run the dishwasher on our departure the whole dishwasher moved out of its space. So they definitely need to do some maintenance. The water park was very nice and we ate at Moose & Maple and the food was really good."

"We rented a suite and it was very nice and location is very convenient and walking distance to the business center. All items that you need for a short stay are provided clean and well arranged ready for the next occupants."

"In my stay experience the only thing I was concerned is the TV programming, maybe some people don’t care but I noticed that is no Spanish programming to see on the TV . Maybe if you add Spanish channels at the TV programming will be better. "
