She responded quickly to all our questions and was incredibly kind and generous. "Quite community with friendly neighbors, easy access to town and waterways. Great communication from owner. Nicely appointed property with everything we needed for our stay. Games and gaming table for when the sun went down and weather moved in during our stay was nice addition. Fire pits, covered patio and carport, fish cleaning station, and convenient water access for outdoor activities. Boat launch at Georgia Boys less than a mile by vehicle or boat. Easy drive for a day in St. Augustine just little over a hour. "
