Fully renovated Lake George House with additional attached lock off apartment available to rent that when combined can accommodate up to 8 guests (VRBO title- Lake George Great Location with Lake Access) -private 30' Beach shared with only a few neighbors. Hall's marina is within walking distance for additional dock rental if available. Open floor plan with gorgeous lake view. Outside deck on main floor and large deck off second floor master bedroom offering prime viewing for summer fireworks and sunsets. Two minute walk to three great restaurants-George's, The Garrison and East Cove and only a few minute walk to Million Dollar Beach and Ushers park and beach. Enjoy a short walk to Walking/Bike Trail, Lake George Village attractions/night life, tour boats & more. House has small connected apartment. Weber Genesis Gas Grill. Also Hall's Marina has independent professional fishing charters, lake tours, possible dock rental if available for additional fee.
