The 1849 Loft

This brand new, modern, spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom home features a hot tub, and three fireplaces, and is located just outside the Lake George Village, comfortably sleeping six.

1849 Loft’s main level features a living room with an open-concept living room and kitchen, complete with a kitchen island, a large dining table, and lots of natural light. A full-size bathroom connects to the common areas, complete with a walk-in glass shower. The master bedroom comes with a king-size bed, an electric fireplace, and sliding glass doors to the patio. The ensuite bathroom features a double sink and a walk-in glass shower. The second bedroom features a custom-built queen bunk bed, complete with walk-up steps! The lower level of the property offers a bar/game room with a pool table, arcade games, darts shuffleboard, and another electric fireplace perfect for making memories with family or friends. Also on this level is a washer and dryer. 

Step outside on the large yard with an outdoor patio where you will find a BBQ for all your outdoor cooking needs and a large dining table. Enjoy the beautiful Adirondacks while sitting around the custom-made fire pit with Adirondack chairs, or relax in the secluded hot tub in the Adirondack air! The yard also features a privacy fence.


Just a few minutes from the Lake George Village, 1849 Loft allows you to be close to Lake George events, a short drive to the lake, and close to the ski slopes. This home is dog-friendly, bring your four-legged friend! Pet fees vary based on the length of stay. Must submit an up-to-date rabies vaccination card.

Once your booking is confirmed you will be required to sign a rental agreement. This will need to be completed to get your check-in instructions. On the day of arrival, the check-in instructions will be sent via email at check-in which is 4 pm. ***
