West-facing Lake Front Home on Lake George NY. Private Dock, Afternoon Sun.

This is a great family vacation home! It is spacious, with room for family and friends to gather, play, and relax. Tie your boat to the dock just steps from the house. Enjoy a cove-like shallow swimming area, great for children. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail in the sunroom overlooking the lake.

It’s an easy walk into Lake George Village, Million Dollar Beach, sightseeing boats, restaurants, and pubs. Avoid the crowds and see the weekly Lake George fireworks from the front lawn or sunroom. Enjoy the views of the Village lights at night.

This house has three bedrooms on the first floor and a pull-out couch in the Sunroom. There are two bathrooms, new central air conditioning, as well as a full laundry and kitchen. Due to ongoing covid concerns, we do not supply pillows or bedspreads.

We rent to families of up to eight people, including children. NO Pets are allowed.

Great location! Perfect for launching kayaks, paddle boards, and tubes. Short bike ride to town. Beautiful sunsets from the Adirondack chairs! Great sunroom to enjoy the view of the lake! Beautiful spot for an engagement!😀

Property was a little deceiving. Very tiny swimming area with short distance of sand then rocky- and it was located on neighbor’s property. It would have been very difficult to park a trailer due to small space. Inside was decent. Carpets could use a cleaning. Adequate indoor space. Nice neighbors, short pleasant walk to beach and shops.

This home is in a wonderful location, with many attractions within walking distance. It has all the amenities and the swim area & dock are great.

Very easy to rent and work with Irene. There was a problem with being able to use the upstairs bedrooms due to covid rules and renter restrictions at Lake George, so because of that she refunded us some money off the rental. Very nice location close to get to restaurants and shopping downtown but far enough away that it felt private. Enjoyed having the dock to boat and kayak from. Great views from the dock and just the place to watch the weekly fireworks. Also loved watching the steamboats and parasailing coming and going everyday. Kitchen was well appropriated with cooking utensils and appliances. Loved having a washer snd dryer for our personal use. It is a family cottage with family touches throughout and some dated decor but it took me back to my childhood. Would definitely return.
