Refined Family Fun Cabin w/ a Twist*Hot Tub*Sauna*5 min to Lake Harmony

This tasteful space for adults, friends, and children is the perfect cabin retreat in Lake Harmony. With multiple entertainment areas, an 8-person hot tub, a cedar Finnish sauna, two decks, and a Whiskey bar, you and your guests are not going to want to leave!

The main entrance deck with seating and a propane grill brings you right into the heart of the home, the kitchen. Fully stocked and updated, the kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a large breakfast bar. Enjoy the dining table for 8 as you while admiring the stone fireplace and two-story vaulted ceilings, boasting windows and natural light.

You can take the beautifully crafted spiral staircase up to the impressive loft that provides endless enjoyment. This entertainment area is perfect for all ages. The loft has a pool table, Whiskey bar, HD Smart TV, pull-out sofa beds, and lounge seating area that leads to the second-story deck overlooking the backyard firepit.

On the main floor, leading off of the kitchen is one full bath with a walk-in shower with safety grab bars, and three of the five bedrooms. As you enter the lower level of the home you will find another relaxing entertainment space with a ping-pong table, Pac-Man arcade game, wood-burning fireplace, HD Smart TV, and a pull-out sofa bed. Down the hall are the final two bedrooms of the home, the laundry area, and the indoor, 5-person cedar Finnish sauna. The lower-level slider doors lead directly outside to the 8-person hot tub and a large backyard with a firepit with plenty of seating, string lights, and cornhole boards! Better yet, access to a Boulder Field is just 70 yards behind the house!


Every room in the home has self-contained air conditioning split units and baseboard heat.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire cabin as well as the outdoor fire pit next to the home. We ask guests to please respect nature, wildlife, and the surrounding landscape of the beautiful Lake Harmony and Big Boulder. The driveway fits 8 cars in total.

Lake Harmony is just a few minutes' stroll away from the cabin. This private lake permits:

Our private Lake Harmony boasts a community beach that has:

⇢ picnic tables
⇢ beach volleyball
⇢ tennis courts

Within a 4 minute drive, there is a mini-downtown with:
⇢ restaurants
⇢ nightclub
⇢ cafes
⇢ bars
⇢ shops
⇢ post office
⇢ country store

Other things to note:
✷ Must meet the minimum age requirement of 26. The host will verify government-issued ID

✷ The home has 2 flights of rather steep stairs, one of them being a spiral staircarse.

✷ No worries about bed sheets/linens as they are provided! Beds are also comfortably furnished with mattress protectors, pillows with protectors, comforters, extra blankets, and quilts.

✷ 12 Towels (1 per guest) are provided as well as 2 kitchen towels and 3 hand towels (1 per bathroom). We do not provide beach towels or hot tub bathrobes.

✷ There are cameras outside the property.

✷ A hot tub fee of $100 if upon check out, jacuzzi water turns cloudy/muddy/sandy/residue floating. Extra cleaning services beyond routine cleaning will also be deducted from the security deposit depending on how long our crew takes to clean.

✷ Check-out is promptly at 10am.

>> There will be a late check-out charge incurred of $150 for each hour past
the 10am check-out time.

>> Late check-out requests may be made via the online booking platform, beginning 24 hours prior to the actual check-out date and time (10am the day prior). Late check-out will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will only be considered if there is not another guest checking in that same day.

>> If late check-out is approved, the fee will be $50 per additional hour. Alternatively, the Host may offer a discount to extend the stay for an additional day.

***** Pet Rules:
- No dogs under 1-year-old.
- No dogs over 30lbs.
- No more than 2 dogs are allowed.
- Pet fees are, $60.00/dog for 2-4 nights and $120./dog for 5+ nights.
- A $300.00 security deposit will be applied after your reservation is confirmed and refunded after checkout and the home has been inspected for damage/extra cleaning etc.
- Guest’s dog must have required shots, licenses, and tags, including name tags.
- Guest must provide dog bedding/crate and towels to wipe off wet paws and fur.
- Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds.
- Do NOT leave your dog in the home unattended.
- If guests’ dog sheds, please brush the dog outside daily.
- Guests must pick up after their dog/s and discard waste properly.
- Dogs are NOT allowed to be washed in the bathtub or showers.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up any “accidents” their dog has caused inside. Please notify us of any accidents or damage.
- Guest's dog must be on a leash when on Lake Harmony property.
- Guests are required to pay for any damage their dog causes.
- Excessively barking dogs are not allowed. Fees will be applied in the event that neighbors or security complain about dogs barking.
