Very nice stay for New Years. The rooms itself a bit outdated. Also the indoor water park should have had a notice that all the slides were not working prior to buying tickets. That was very disappointing. But the stay itself was good

The service was excellent, Christine at the front desk immediately gave me options to resolve our complaint/ request due to the fussy baby and mother-daughter screaming next to our room at the lodge. We had an excellent stay because of Christine!
