Beautiful Pool Home Central Location

This beautiful 1,800+ square foot home with a large, open floor plan is centrally located just minutes from golf courses and the Windsor Beach boat launch in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.
Comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests, the house features a split floor plan with 3 large bedrooms and two full baths, including a whirlpool tub and walk-in shower in the master suite. The home has tile flooring throughout, except in the Arizona room. The extra-large kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and has a walk-in pantry and new appliances. The enclosed and air-conditioned Arizona game room has a foosball table and comfortable sofa sleeper with inflatable mattress. In addition to central air conditioning, there are ceiling fans throughout the home for your comfort.

There is a fully fenced oversized yard with a beautiful in-ground pool with safety fence. There are front and back covered patios with overhead lights and fans, a gas grill, and patio furniture.

There is plenty of parking for your boat, wave runner, and/or RV in the oversized 2-car garage and the driveway.

* Large Master Suite with 50 inch Samsung high definition TV, king-sized bed and huge walk-in closet
* The second Bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a 43 inch Samsung flat panel TV.
* The third Bedroom has a queen-sized bed, 32 inch Samsung flat panel TV, and a sliding glass door to the back patio and pool area.
* The split bedroom floor plan (master suite is on one side of house, the other bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house) provides additional privacy.
* Arizona room has a queen-sized sofa sleeper with a comfortable inflatable mattress.
* All linens are provided.

2 Full Baths
* Tiled Master Bath has a whirlpool tub, separate tiled walk-in shower, and dual sinks
* The large second Bathroom, recently upgraded, has a combined tub and shower

The spacious Living Room has vaulted ceilings and lots of light. Comfortable seating is provided, along with high definition cable, 65 inch Samsung high definition TV with TiVO DVR and a DVD player. You can stream your Netflix on this equipment.

The Dining Room seats 6 at the table. There are also two breakfast bar counters with four additional seats.

Large, full-service Kitchen with tiled floors and countertops has two large windows facing the back patio and pool area. The sunset views from these windows are not to be missed! Newer appliances include dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker and ice and water on the door. A regular coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, Ninja blender, toaster oven, toaster, rice cooker, electric griddle, dishes, flatware, cooking and serving dishes and utensils are included.

The Laundry Room contains a washer and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board.

WiFi is provided for high speed internet access.
If you are bringing a dog, be sure you check the “pet” box and are charged the pet fee upon booking.

Security floodlight camera is located over the garage door to protect vehicles parked in the driveway. No other cameras are located on the property.

Another amazing Father’s Day weekend

Steve is the best host and never disappoints. Communicates within minutes and the process is super easy. The home is great after a long day on the lake. Be back next year for our yearly trip.

Wonderful property. Very spacious and clean. Had all the amenities needed after a long day at the lake-ac, pool, laundry, and enough space to spread out and relax after a long very hot day. Communication with owners was fantastic and they were very accommodating. Instructions were thorough and super helpful. No issues at all during our stay. Will definitely stay again!

Was perfect for our annual LHC friend/family reunion week. Though we didn’t use the pool as much as I thought we would, the property was perfect. The AZ room was a bonus with foozball. The host was amazing and responsive to questions.

April in Lake Havasu

The property was exactly as advertised, no surprises. A very nice area of town & easy access to all that Lake Havasu has to offer. Owners were quick to answer any questions we had. Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to a friend. Take note that the pool is not heated. However, super clean & quite refreshing when it’s 90 outside.

Great Stay

Steve was quick to respond to any questions or concerns.Property is exactly as advertised. Nice quiet location that is only a few minutes from McCullough St or the London Bridge area. Stayed for 35 days and had a terrific overall experience. Highly recommend and would gladly return someday.

Finding sunshine

The house we stayed in was perfect. Detailed information made for easily getting settled in. We enjoyed long walks around the lake everyday. Only surprise - very windy.

Delightful

Plenty of room to stretch out and have space for Office. We do all our own meal prep and VRBO’s and this place was very well equipped. It had the extras that make it exciting for even an 18-year-old to be cooking. We felt safe in the neighborhood as I enjoy doing walks after dark also. It really is a quiet part of town. . One of the highlights was using the Foos ball table 2 nights in a row to totally whoop an 18-year-old! Great family, fun times and it was easy to all have our usual daily needs met in a place like this. Plenty of room to park vehicle.. nice to be fairly close to London Bridge and it’s just a great section of town . Easy check-in and comfortable beds and nice window coverings.

Excellent property.

Steve and Sandi provide a wonderful vacation home. Home had everything you would need. It was clean, with comfortable furniture both inside and out. The kitchen was well stocked for all your cooking needs. The front patio on a windy day was an excellent area to sit and enjoy the outdoors and be protected from wind. The back patio is wonderful for catching sun rays and viewing the stars at night. If you ever had to contact them they immediate responded to any of your inquiries. Would definitely stay here again.

Havasu House

The house was very clean with a nice master bedroom suite and a well equipped kitchen. Everything was in good condition but a little dated. The pool area was beautiful but we visited in February so use was limited because the pool is not heated. The location was in a very nice area about 2 miles from the downtown and London Bridge area. There's a set of golf clubs in the garage for guest use, so that's a nice extra.

Had an amazing 4 days in this house. Close to the new Riviera Marina for launching the boat and the pool after a long day was nice and refreshing. Had a few questions upon arrival which the property owners responded to and took care of right away. Will definitely stay here again!

AMAZING!!!!

WOW is all I can say! This home is truly beautiful & oh so spacious. This was our first time in Lake Havasu & we had a blast! Drinking margaritas & hanging by the pool was the icing on the cake!! I love how detailed everything was, it allowed the check in & out process to be perfect!! Steve is wonderful w communication & answered all of my questions. I can’t wait to book w him again =)!!

Another Amazing Father’s Day trip

Steve and Sandy are by far the best couple to rent from. The home is always crisp and clean when we arrive and the communication is above superior. Nothing better than getting home from a day at the lake and relaxing in the pool or recliner. The neighborhood is very safe and clean.
