The perfect oasis anxiously awaits your arrival! The pool and spa are available for heating through the use of the propane heater at the rate of $5.00 per gallon. Great Family Fun

The property was very nice and we had an amazing time. The pool and backyard was great after day of boating. We had a very relaxing and fun time.

Excellent vacation rental!

Aside from some communication problems, untimely responses, and a few cleaning problems (minor), we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is in an excellent location close to the lake and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool, ping pong table, jacuzzi and pool. Hope to stay again in the future.

Awesome and very clean home minutes from the lake. Will definitely be staying here again!

This home is exactly as described and Chris the owner is awesome. I was able to call him with questions about our stay and also questions regarding our trip to the city/lake. He was very happy to help. The house was very clean as well was the pool and spa. We did not even have to leave the neighborhood streets to get to the launch ramp and the side street we were on actually spit us out at the front of the line. Our trip couldnt have gone better. We will definitely be staying here again

Great Place but Missing Items

This place was very nice and clean. Great pool, location and overall stay. On the description it said there was darts and a pool table. We didn't have any access. Also, there was no instructions on wifi, the pool, or anything about the house. Besides that, I would recommend staying there because it was clean, great house and close to the water.

Excellent Place for a getaway!

The host, Chris, was so hospitable and accommodating throughout the reservation. He was always on call to answer any texts, e-mails, and phone calls if needed. Starting with excellent communication could not have been smoother and it allowed my party and I to look forward to the weekend. Everything about the place was first class and it was truly a wonderful getaway in Lake Havasu. The Fabulous Desert Oasis is an understatement as it felt like a paradise with this place. The place turned out to be exactly as depicted on the listing, with the vast array of amenities and large and comfortable living room/dining room. The home was well-equipped with extra paper towels, toilet papers, towels, and blankets! It was very well-maintained and the neighborhood was quiet. The place could not have be better located and Chris' suggestions provided an insider's view of the city. Thanks Chris for providing such a beautiful home for my family! We look forward to be back soon in beautiful Lake Havasu and hope to stay here again.

Beautiful Home

The pictures don't do it justice. It's a very nice home with a big pool. The rooms are all great size. The living room, kitchen & dining area was perfect for all of us. Very roomy! Master bathroom is amazing!

Comfortable and accommodating

The house was very clean and has plenty of space to stretch out and relax between trips to the lake. Unfortunately, the pool table and darts were not available due to prior renter damage. The misters were also broken by prior renter and are on a wait list for repair. With current covid situation the repair is slow. The owner shared this information BEFORE our arrival. Which I appreciated because often you learn of changes after check in. Even with these minor set backs every text and call regarding our stay were responded to immediately. Beds were comfortable, kitchen is stocked with all the needed utensils, crockpot, blender. extra towels and sheets, bbq in order working order. We replaced propane tank. Owner offered to refund instantly. Note- they also have a charcoal bbq for those who prefer. The pool is lovely and we used it daily.

1) WE CLEANED HOUSE FOR TWO HOUSE! 2) BROKEN POT WHEN WE WALK IN. 3) FILTER FOR A/C HAS NOT NEED CHANGED. 4) COMMUNICATION WITH HOME OWNER POOR 5) HOUSE ADVERTISING. NOT CORRECT. YOU CAN NOT USE GARAGE. 6) BBQ WAS NOT CLEAN. 7) REFRIGERATOR NOT CLEAN. 8) WHEN WE CALLED HOME OWNER HE SAID IT WAS NOT BAD. WE HAVE RENTED MANNY HOUSES AND HAVE NEVER WROTE A BAD REVIEW TILL NOW!

Lovely pool home in nice area of town

Chris was easy to work with. Home was well decorated and very spacious. There is a pool table and dart board, however there was only one pool cue, and the darts were all broken. I’m sure is this due to previous tenants, however they need to be replaced or amenities should be removed from add. The house is on a nice street with lake view from the front in a well maintained newer area of town.

Very Clean house with Pool and Amazing views

This house is located in a great neighborhood and has amazing lake views. It is close to the lake, trails and the town. Chris was very nice and always responded back promptly when I had a question. I would definitely recommend booking this place if your looking to stay in Lake Havasu.

Awesome Rental!

This home has everything one could want for comfort and a home away from home. Spacious, comfortable beds, clean, fully stocked items, spa, pool, pool table and ping pong. Quiet neighborhood but no one complains when get a little loud in spa/pool area. Chris responded quickly to our questions/requests. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Very Nice and spacious home . Quiet neighborhood with a pretty good view of Lake Havasu. The house was clean and it does have a pool and hot tub both were clean , it also has a large garage to park in.

The fabulous desert oasis is a wonderful home to stay in. Beautiful home that makes you feel at home

It is obvious upon arrival that the owners take pride in their home. The yard, home and pool are all well taken care of. The house is comfortable and roomy. The house was cool when we arrived with all the celining fans running; a huge plus when it’s over 100 degrees outside when you arrive. Chris was very accommodating; he answered all my texts in a very timely manner. He was available to help with any questions we had. The home is located very close to the state park launch ramp which made getting to the water and home each day super easy. We truly enjoyed our family vacation while staying here.
