Only problem were the neighbors barking dogs. House was very clean. Property is typical Havasu. Took me awhile to figure out TV system.

Old tired home

Many short comings. Only one coffee cup for a three bedroom home? Master bed mattress cover and fitted sheet were just lying on the mattress and not secured. No bathroom garbage cans. Grill operation marginal with only one control functioning. Told that the owner is selling which is probably a good thing so no value in this review.
