HOT TUB AND POOL HEATING POLICY:

APPLICABLE ONLY IF HEATING IS AVAILABLE AT THE PROPERTY .

We want to ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay!
To guarantee that hot tub or pool is heated, PLEASE REQUEST HEATING AT LEAST 3 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL WITH CHARGES APPLY. This allows sufficient time for the heating process to complete. Heating takes approximately three days to fully heat the POOL. It takes an hour to heat up the HOT TUB

We understand that plans sometimes change. However, please be aware that last-minute requests for heating the pool may not be fulfilled. We unfortunately cannot offer refunds, compensation, or reimbursements if heating is unavailable due to a late request.

We strongly recommend booking and requesting in advance to ensure all requested amenities, including hot tub heating, Pool are available for the duration of your stay. Please understand that heating is an additional cost and varies per house.

Beautiful home

We stayed here through Christmas for a family trip. The house was beautiful and beds were very comfortable. Very quiet, nice neighborhood with a perfect location for us. We all enjoyed the hot tub and playing pool almost every night. My daughters and I cooked Christmas dinner. The kitchen was spacious enough for us all to work at the same time without fighting for space. The kitchen could use some baking sheets, a wine opened and some Pyrex, but we made due. I would 100% stay here again. Layla was a wonderful host!

What a GREAT House to Rent !!!

The house was PERFECT for us. We spent a week there over Thanksgiving 2024. There were 7 of us (3 generations). Plenty of space upstairs and downstairs. We swam in the pool & used the spa. The pool table was very fun. Lots of TVs if needed as well. The house was stocked well with dishes, towels, etc. The washer & dryer were a bonus being there for a week. We cooked several meals on the BBQ. Layla was a great host. We will definitely be back.
