Newly Built Lake Havasu Retreat

Newly built 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home in a quiet neighborhood with 2 car garage, pool, spa, fenced yard with fire pit, gas grill, osmosis system, and water softener.

Primary Bedroom features a King size bed with sliding door access to patio, pool, and spa. Double sinks with walk in shower, and walk in closet. Flat screen wall mount smart tv.

Bedroom 2 has a King bed with walk in closet, flat screen wall mount smart tv.

Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed with a twin pullout trundle bed. Wall mount flat screen smart tv.

Queen size air mattress is available to allow 2 more guests if desired.

Main bath features double sinks and a tub/shower combo. Towels, soap, and shampoo are provided for your use if desired.

Kitchen has everything you'd want in a kitchen. Osmosis system for drinking water and also is plumbed to the fridge for ice and water. Microwave, Oven and flat surface cooktop, dishwasher, and Fridge/Freezer.

Laundry Room with washer and dryer. We've also provided a clothes steamer for your convenience.

Outdoor patio has outdoor sofas, BBQ grill, pool and spa. 1/2 bath behind garage for pool/outdoor use. Outdoor fire pit with an amazing lake view. Back yard is on a large wash that gives privacy from backyard neighbors. Spa runs on a 3 hour cycle, if you'd like to heat the spa an additional charge for propane will be billed for every cycle you run. Pool towels are provided for your use.

55'x15' Boat or RV garage available for an additional nightly fee. Contact owner for details about this options.

We had a relaxing stay. The Havasu retreat had everything we needed. It was a quiet neighborhood and everything in the home was clean and comfortable. The sunsets were a spectacular bonus.

Stayed with clients and had a lovely stay. Pool and hot tub were fabulous. Defiantly needed gps to get in and out. House was very clean and beautifully cared for.
