Bedding - LEAVE all sheets IN THE ROOM to avoid mixing the sheet sizes up. If you want to strip the sheets you can, but please leave them in the room on the floor or in a pile on the bed.
Trash - gather all trash can bags and place in the outside trash bin upon checkout
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great place for family and friends.

Property was very clean and updated. It has everything you would need for a long term or short term stay. Furniture/beds are comfortable and new. Plenty of parking and in a nice neighborhood that is close to downtown, beaches and grocery stores. Great place for friends gathering or for a family with children. Check in/out were seamless and host were available and helpful through chat. I got a great price for a month long stay and would book again.
