If you must.

Room smell like cigarette smoke, drawers were wet from some kind of oil, cigarette burns around the tub. Someone else's tooth pick on the floor, bad electrical wire for the mini fridge and microwave oven, front desk staff very friendly and knowledgeable about their town, pool under renovation, very close to main street and shops.

Room was disgusting, carpets, walls and everything was filthy. There were cockroaches everywhere! Smelled nasty in the room. Worst room we’ve ever stayed at, will never go back!

Not good.

The room was not “to standard” even Without us seeing it when we arrived to check in. They went to clean it before we went in and came back again after. These are mostly used for longer term rentals by locals and it shows. It’s not a place we walked around in without our shoes on. It was a holiday weekend and the only thing available. The lady who checked us in was very nice and helpful.

I didn’t like when I checked in the car key was not ready for me I had to wait over two hours to get my room key which I had to stay in my room for the two hours also I had a brick thrown through the window in the middle of the night and I asked if I was liable the cop said I was not liable the person through the brick was sure I stay I contacted the manager and she told me very rudely that I was liable for any loss or damage of the room and it just was not right it was the most dirtiest piece a crap roomPiece of crap room I’ve ever stayed in

It was so rundown on the outside, I wasn’t sure what the inside would be like. The room was clean and not bad looking. There was no place to hang clothes. It said it had a kitchenette, but there only a fridge. The toilet was small and low to the ground so I had a hard time with it. I was told at checkout I could have asked for a handicapped accessible room. There was no indication anywhere that I had that option.

It was the worst of the worst. I had to go ask for a bar of soap at the office. The owners would not allow coffee to be made. The door jam was broken because it had been kicked in.

Had roaches. I saw a dead one first, then a live roach running. The smell was that of bug spray. The good thing was Hotels.com refunded our money so we went to another Hotel.

We chose because of convenient location. but---Property is run down. Noisy long-term tenants. Heating didn't work. One channel on cable TV. Cockroaches around sink & toilet. No daily room cleaning. Handle fell off door to office. Absolutely worst motel we have ever stayed in. Makes Motel 6 look like a palace. We did get refund for leaving early.

SAVE YOUR MONEY. No doors on bathrooms. Whole building smells like cigarettes hard to breathe in your room. Sketchy people outside the motel at all hours of the day and night. No water in pool. Shower gets scolding hot out of no where. When checking in you have to sign an agreement saying it is not there fault if someone breaks in and steals your stuff. We booked for 2 nights and stayed for 6 hours. Lady at the front was very nice but will never return.

property was really run down and dirty. way over due for updates or needed to be torn down. stayed 2 nights (2 nights too many)...didn't get maid service to clean room between nights. blinds didn't work and no curtains. air/heat didn't work...luckily we didn't need either. room was musty and had many cigarette burns on toilet seat and tub. only 3 good things...bed was comfortable, property/room was quiet and room was cheap. we will never stay there again.

Old little Hell hole

We came in on Friday the hotel is very old and out dated. I read reviews before booking but we are always willing to give it a try. They accept pets and the price is cheap. (Remember that word) Now we are always up for a good bargain but this was a little over the top. Between 8-9pm our daughter pulled back the one comforter, wait let me go back to the bed and what was on it . One flat sheet used as a fitted sheet, then a flat sheet and this very thin comforter. Now back to her pulling back the comforter, there as big as day a very stained box spring and mattress. You could not miss it, grossed out. So what to do well, to avoid further grossly looking mattresses we did not check the second bed. We just slept on top of everything wearing sweatpants, t-shirt, and socks. The mattresses are so worn out you get a killer back ache, not to mention the lack of fluff to the pillows. Oh I forgot to mention the urine smell oh yea I am not making this up. Next morning we were up by 5:30am and got on the water. Day 2, now let me tell you we are here for three days, ugh. So we went to the front desk and explained the situation and she was nice and stated if we could find another hotel she would refund the complete stay. Well this is Memorial Day weekend in Lake Havasu not going to happen, and it didn't. So her and two other ladies came into the room to add a mattress cover to both beds, ok they are just as stained as the mattress itself. Not recommended the owners should be ashamed.
