As a result, we were unable to use the pool for our entire stay, which was a major factor in booking this property.Inside the home, the floors were also unclean. Walking barefoot was not possible, as our feet would turn black almost immediately. Additionally, the living room TV was not functioning.The outdoor lighting was another issue. None of the lights worked properly—we tried both switches and remotes, but only one light would turn on, and it flickered.Communication with the host was inconsistent. They responded quickly when they believed we were interested in extending our stay, but after we raised concerns about the unacceptable condition of the pool, we did not receive any further response.Overall, this stay did not meet expectations and lacked basic cleanliness and maintenance."
