Perfect!
Eric's guesthouse was so comfortable. Exactly as listed. It was a perfect quiet & out-of-the way spot for me to get away for a long weekend and work on a writing project. There's not a lot of shopping/conveniences around so I advise stocking up on any provisions you'll need ahead of time. Peaceful and gorgeous location. Go for a walk -- the pinecones around there are huge!

Nice cottage away from everything, but not too far away
We spent a night to see a meteor shower in dark skies. Prepare to be without cell service, but there is wifi.

Exactly what I wanted
This property was great and Eric was an awesome host. I had lots of questions and Eric got back to me every time ASAP. The check in process was very easy and the place was so clean!!! It’s exactly like the photos with a kitchen with everything you need, a cozy desk, extra couch, and a bar height dining table. The bathroom also has everything we need, was clean, and there was extra towels and blankets if needed. We went on the hottest weekend of the year and the AC stopped working but Eric came over ASAP and fixed it for us. I would definitely come back in the winter to enjoy a different atmosphere. I even woke up to the sounds of birds. Thank you Eric for everything!
