"I can’t say enough great things about my stay at Inn On the Lakes! I stayed for the weekend while visiting family, and from the moment I arrived, I was impressed. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the lake view was absolutely beautiful, and every single staff member I interacted with was genuinely kind and welcoming. What really set this hotel apart was their outstanding customer service. I accidentally left my Kindle behind after checking out, and Sophie called me right away to let me know. She made the whole process so easy, and they had it shipped back to me just two days later. That level of honesty and care is rare these days, and I truly appreciated it. A special thank you to Sophie for going above and beyond! Because of the incredible service, spotless accommodations, and beautiful location, this is a five-star hotel in my opinion. I will absolutely be staying here every time I come to Sebring to visit my family. Highly recommend!"

"This was a very well-appointed property. The room was nicely decorated. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The staff in the pub below the hotel were also very friendly and helpful. If there was any issue, it was that the Expedia website did not indicate that the elevator to the hotel was not functioning. That information would have been greatly appreciated."

"There was a review that said there are no doors. There are. They are pocket doors. I didn’t get a check in email… but I called and she answered. So I got in right away. You get what you pay for. But I feel like this was a great deal and the lady renting it out is very kind… and was helpful every time I contacted her"

"The place is well cleaned, equipped, organized and comfortable. Quiet and pleasant to stay in. Communication from the host was excellent. Easy check-in and check-out process. Well priced for the place. My only downside is the in-unit temperature; with Florida weather being too hot, the ceiling fans are not enough (for me) and A/C thermostat is not available, unfortunately. Something to be considered for future travelers. Floor fans or portable air conditioners might do it. Overall, good experience."

"This property was an amazing value. The beds were ideally comfortable, the living room furnishings were very nice, and the kitchen well equipped. But the best feature was the hot tub. It was so relaxing, especially since the circumstances of our visit were somewhat stressful. I would definitely recommend this house and would happily stay here again."
