"The breakfast was delicious. Staff was very welcoming. The room smelt like moldy air. Theres mold in the bathroom ceiling. The AC would go off and on throughout the night which made the room warm. Other than that the experience went well. "

"The front desk staff acted like it was incredibly inconvenient that I was there. (It was late) The room was dirty and had no shower curtain. The pool was empty and closed off with no sign about construction. The free breakfast at 9:00 only had dry cereal (no milk) and a banana. I’m not sure when the “exceptional” reviews were done but it couldn’t have been anytime recently. If I wasn’t so tired, I would have gone elsewhere"

In my family and friends long history of renting through VRBO, no owners have done such an exemplary job of working to anticipate every need (or desire) of vacation renters! We are so grateful to be able to experience this special home and it's idyllic setting. We'll be back!"

"Room was very clean and had no "motel/hotel" odor. Love the No Pet rule and a/c was excellent! Maids were very nice. Breakfast staff was very nice. Food selection on breakfast buffet was great. Person checking us in was a little rude (made us feel less than worthy for booking through Expedia). We would definately stay here again!"

"Our stay was perfect. Plenty of kitchen supplies, lots of outdoor seating and you can't beat the view. We saw manatees, otters and soft shell turtles in the water and deer, turkeys and a nightly visit from an owl. The only problem we came across was the coffee pot is slow to brew and we only had 3 coffee cups for 8 people. Easy fix though, one couple brought more cups and a coffee maker with them. "
