You will have everything you need to cook and prepare meals for your stay. Whether you are a seasoned chef or just looking to whip up a simple dish, this kitchen has got you covered. The front porch has an inviting space with rocking chairs and a propane gas grill off the kitchen. Grill tools are provided. The back deck provides a tranquil space with furniture and a serene, wooded view. The condo comes equipped with WiFi, providing internet access for all guests. The condo features a designated space for laundry. This condo is the perfect spot for nature lovers looking for a peaceful retreat with modern amenities.

This property is on one level and has a winter view of the 2nd and 3rd holes of Apple Valley Golf Course and distant mountain view. During spring and summer there is plenty of privacy due to the woods surrounding the property. This property is located approximately 3 miles from the main resort. This property doesn't have a water view. Rented golf carts cannot be taken to this unit.

CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald Resort rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $75.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.

Amenities

No Smoking and No Pets allowed. This property doesn't have a private hot tub. The hot tub is located at the Wellness Center along with the indoor pool and fitness center.

Housekeeping will not visit your property during your stay. A hair dryer is provided in each bathroom. Device charging stations are provided throughout the condo. The condo has ample storage and closet space available aside from the two owner’s closets with no guest access.

Houskeeping Supplies: There is a one-two day starter supply of items such as coffee packets, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, shampoo, and soap that has been supplied for your vacation rental. All towels, sheets, and linens are provided for the allowed occupancy number of each unit. There is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. If you run out of any starter supplies, you may purchase these at the nearby Apple Valley Market or the Ingles Grocery.
