"We loved sitting on the porch and taking in the view of Lake Lure and the mountains with a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening! Great location to Chimney Rock and Rumbling Bald(for fellow rock climbers out there). Excellent, timely communication with the owner. Would stay here again!"

"Beautiful home in a beautiful setting. House is well furnished, well stocked and very comfortable. Solitude and nature all around, a great place to relax, yet still able to take advantage of several amenities. We would stay here again. Highly recommend."

"We only stayed one night, but we could see a weekend or longer. Great place in the mountains, beautiful house with great views. The kids loved the pool, game room and theater. The hosts are great with communicating prior and during the trip if needed. I would definitely recommend a stay here. 10 minute drive to town if needed."
