"I stayed 3 times in a 10 day period. On my last night the room I stayed in had roaches. Other 2 visits were fine but I won’t go back. I can’t do bugs. "

Front desk clerk was very slow, seemed confused at times, spoke softly & mumbled from behind a glass window, and even with the long line - decided it was a good idea to take a personal phone call and multitask while we all waited. Appears some hallways have fresh paint & carpet, but our particular room was rundown and desperately needed a remodel/update. Noticed that with last remodel done from years ago, they didn't remove the old tub, just placed another on top of it. Bizarre - Husbands head was literally at the ceiling while showering."

"Breakfast was way overpriced for what was served. Many free breakfasts have more variety. Don’t bother, just go to a diner. Room had only one outlet at nightstand and that was after unplugging clock. I needed two. Room curtains do not block light at all. "
