Hotel property is great with 4 pools and being located right in the heart of Lake Placid. Having access to kayaks, paddle boats and stand up paddle boards on Mirror Lake made for a fun time for the family. The room was well kept and the staff was also very helpful. The front desk staff was tremendously, helpful and pleasant to deal with . Lea Collins, the Guest Services Manager, was absolutely outstanding and compassionate when we had to cut our trip short due to illness. Be prepared to do some walking to get to the pools but other than that the resort is truly wonderful.

We would stay again! The room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely balcony overlooking Mirror Lake and Main Street. Location is excellent and walking distance to shopping and dining. Another exciting amenity was complimentary watercrafts. However this amenity was available for a few weeks, so couldn’t use it yet. This was disappointing. The staff was friendly and Available when help was needed. Overall I recommend this resort.

Location is perfect, right on Main St near all the shops and restaurants. On site restaurant is great for a drink and an app, the rooftop bar has an awesome view. Our room was great, but is probably due for an update. Both the tub and fireplace needed multiple repairs during our three night stay. The staff is extremely friendly. The manager on duty, Trace, went above and beyond to help us and other customers have a great experience.
