Meticulously Maintained - Lake June Home

Solid white oak floor throughout welcome you! A complete renovation including new kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. New bathroom vanity upstairs and down, new blinds and a fresh coat of paint make this vacation property feel brand new. Also ground floor living/bed room with interior access via the spiral staircase in the living room

This is a really cool old 1940 Barn that was moved to Lake June in the 50's. Your back yard is 3,700 acres of clean, blue green water with white sand bottom. Catch lunker bass, blue gill and crappie or enjoy just about all other water sports like tubing or skiing. Hang with the locals at the sandbar or just swim and relax. Enjoy the back yard fire pit while taking in the view from the upstairs or down stair decks. One of the best values on the lake located in between hottest restaurant and bars in town –Dock 633 Bar and Grill and Jacksons. House sleeps up to 6. Boat lift is not available.

PLEASE NOTE: NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY AT ANYTIME IS 8 PEOPLE. THIS IS STRONGLY ENFORCED.

Great spot on the Lake

We had a wonderful stay - rented a boat from lake june pontoons which was perfect and the rest of the time we spent sat around the fire pit or fishing off the dock. What a lovely spot.

Lake June getaway

Don’t let the outside fool you. Although it is a remodeled barn-the inside has been redone to a very nice lakeside cottage. Stunning sunset views and the dock is a great place for said views and morning coffee. The spiral staircase is hard for the younger ones to navigate but a neat addition. Nice place to watch the ducks and bass at the dock.

A piece of heaven on earth!

It was such a joy to stay directly on the beautiful, clear, sandy bottom lake! Walking out on the nice dock you can easily see fish swimming by. Loved the upstairs view, especially in the screen room.

Weekend Vacation

A very comfortable 3 night stay after a slight learning curve. The lakeside of the cabin was great. There was a problem with the downstairs bathroom that the owner forewarned about in the welcome letter. The only negative surprise was the condition of the listed gas grill amenity. We would rent the cabin again and recommend to those looking for good value, not perfection.

Disappointed

The views on the lake and the screened in deck were wonderful. Had to get a new fridge while there and I took 3 attempts to get it right. Owner promised to send us something for all our troubles but never did. The chairs out back were dry rotting and cracking. We had some issues with cleanliness. Mold on shower curtains. The owners parents were helpful while there. We were expecting rustic but this was in need of some talc.

Looks can be deceiving

Our first impression was “Oh No”, the property needs some work, especially outside. The inside is as described and was very comfortable. We did have to unclog the bathroom sink, clean the filter on the air conditioner and find the vent for the dryer and clean out! I don’t think anyone had been there for sometime, it is a great little place and we did have a good time.
