"Crystal Inn & Suites was a really nice place, breakfast was best we've had in a hotel that waa included with the room. Only issue at all was we could hear the people in the room above us walking around like from 4:30 or 5 in the morning. Not the hotels fault entirely though"

"Falsely advertised as pet friendly. When I asked where I could walk the dog they said there was no place close. Since I have trouble walking the park 3-4 blocks away was a challenge. Also, I think the places that charge $75/night for a pet are just making money as my pet does nothing to damage or dirty the room."

"The manager paid for a Lyft driver to take us to the airport at 4am. Without question. It was my own fault that we missed the hotel van and without one seconds delay, they ordered the Lyft and we got to the airport on time. Thanks so much!"
