"Should be called the mosquito inn. Had mosquitos flying all over the room and attacking us all night. On the plus side, only found one cockroach. The floor was somehow slimy, sticky, and slippery all at the same time. Not sure how they accomplished that but it was disgusting. The bed was slightly softer than a slab of granite, but not by much. I know some people prefer a firmer mattress but this was rediculously hard."

"Looks nothing like the pictures online. The majority of the hotel doesn't have doors or windows and is stacked up with old furniture and garbage. Pool is empty. Bugs in the dresser."

"I highly recommend this home for visiting the Winterhaven area. The home is clean, very spacious with a great pool and relaxing environment. Thank you to the cleaning staff, the host and everyone that helped make our stay perfect! "

"The home was nice and clean. Nicely decorated. There were a few things that we weren't satisfied with. The pool was not cleaned and we could not find lightning for the pool which decreased the pool time with the family. We never used the master suite due to the ceiling tiles falling and debris left on the bed. We made contact with the owner but none of our issues were addressed. The owner was very responsive and I appreciate that."

"This is my new winter haven place! It was clean! I only go to Winter Haven for tournaments and this was perfect for that. There are 2 small homes/rentals behind the property and they are accessed by walking through the fence that surrounds the house and through the back yard - but we didn’t use the patio or backyard so that was not a problem for us. Parking is good in the front. The kitchen had all we needed to cook some frozen pizza after a long day. Stores are pretty close. Like I said, it was perfect for my needs given that I wasn’t on an actual vacation but just staying here for my child’s tournament. I will stay here again! "
