"The location is great that it is right next to the Grindelwald Terminal which makes your travel so much convenient. The hotel offers free breakfast and travel pass for bus travel which makes your stay even more comfy and value for money. The room is sizable to fit for family. Only thing to alert is there is no door for bathroom so be careful when you opened the room door, people can see inside the bathroom if someone is bathing (haha). The staff is not there for the whole day but as long as you check in before 8 pm, there will be someone there to help you. The view is great on top floor if you select the right level and right side as you can see the mountain at both days and nights"

"With such a large group checking in at the same time, the front desk staff handled the situation professionally and patiently assisted each guest in settling in quickly. The rooms were clean and cozy, with excellent amenities, and the hotel's central location was very convenient. I truly appreciated that they let us leave our luggage at the hotel, which spared us from carrying it on our short trip to Wengen. This made the trip much more enjoyable for everyone. I would especially like to thank Noraly and Nadim for going above and beyond to help my teammates resolve their issues."

"It became very bad and boring after what was so excellent I visited it for the third time in a row I was saying to myself the first and second time, there is nothing better than him. I loved him so much that I thought of buying shares if it was allowed. But after the last visit, I will not think about coming back again. We were greeted with a hearty welcome by our host, Bangin Salih, with a warm smile, a welcome map and public transport tickets (which included a 20% discount on many tours) We chose to purchase the breakfast buffet and it was DELICIOUS and the cost was a huge savings too!
