This well-appointed home is complete with a spacious covered porch surrounded by lush mountain laurel and rhododendron, offering an idyllic setting for outdoor grilling, al fresco dining, and unwinding amidst cool summer evenings. The main level houses an open concept kitchen, indoor dining area to accommodate up to eight guests, and living area with a large wood-burning fireplace. A half bath and the primary bedroom with a plush king-size bed and private bathroom are also located on the main level. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two sets of twin bunk beds, each accompanied by its own private ensuite bathroom. This home offers ample room for entertaining and creating cherished memories both indoors and out with easy access to all of the wonderful amenities Lake Toxaway has to offer.

IN THE MONTHS OF MAY TO NOVEMBER, GUESTS WILL BE ALLOWED TO ARRANGE THEIR ACCESS TO THE LAKE TOXAWAY COUNTRY CLUB AMENITIES, INCLUDING THE GOLF COURSE, RESTAURANTS, LAKE, TENNIS/PICKLE BALL COURTS, AND MORE. *subject to application and usage fees*

Please note, you may not trailer a boat of any kind onto the waters of Lake Toxaway. However, boat rentals are available through Lake Toxaway Marina. You may reach Lake Toxaway Marina by calling or visiting online.
