"The hotel was conveniently located downtown. Parking was easy with the valet available and a lot across the street. The bathroom situation is amazing. If you don’t like Buffalo, just hang out in the bathroom of your hotel room. The roof top bar was pretty cool, offering views of downtown. Plenty of dining options as well as night life available. Overall, this hotel is very, very nice. We really enjoyed our stay. "

"We have stayed at this hotel each time we visit family in Buffalo, having tried a couple of other places and found them wanting. The staff consistently are welcoming and helpful. The overall building similarly has a welcoming feel to it. Our rooms have always been spacious, well-equipped, comfortable, and (most important to us) quiet. The breakfast is a standard Hampton Inn breakfast, which has an adequate assortment of foods available."

"Wonderful stay. Place was clean, comfortable and the staff and customer service was excellent and kind. The actual room had faulty faucet on the sink and toilet paper holder as well. I informed the front desk of such as well gave a recommendation to place small shelf on the standing shower’s wall so toiletries could be placed there for easy access. She took a note and said she would give it to maintenance. I did feel safe and appreciated. Also, I loved the breakfast options and it was convenient due to health issues, for me as well as others. Thank you so much. I will stay there again when I go back to Buffalo."
