Room was clean and functioning. Easy access and location is central although restaurants are limited in Lake Village. The pool looked permanently closed. Breakfast was cold cereal, milk, bread, etc.

The hotel was clean and staff friendly. I thought it odd that for some of the amenities you had to ask for them at the desk, an iron for example. I assume the ironing board and coffee pot as well as there wasn't one in the room. We chose this particular hotel because listed that it had a pool. The pool was closed for our visit, so we were disappointed. The desk clerk said that it should have been listed as closed on the website, but it wasn't. She did tell us that there was a nearby lake we could try. I was pleasantly surprised that they had a person come to our room daily for towel exchange, trash removal and supply replacement.

This place is undergoing renovations. Unfortunately, it smells like paint. Additionally, there was left over construction dust all over the entrance to the room, making it seem unclean. The tub, toilet, beds, they were clean. Also it’s June and hot outside, but the pool was closed. On the other hand, the staff were all friendly, I felt safe, the property is nearby everything you need. Breakfast is toast and cereal, but they do have that. I’d say this is probably your best choice in Lake Village, and I hope it gets better. This place has a lot of potential.

“I had a great experience during my stay. Parking was convenient, and I felt safe with the well-lit area in the front. The staff was friendly and welcoming. My room was excellent—very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable! All of the linens were spotless with no stains, and the towels looked brand new. Even with renovations going on, my stay was still A-1. Please keep up the great work, because it’s hard to find a place this comfortable in the surrounding area.”

The hotel is in the middle of a much needed upgrade, so many amenities are missing. Our room had no iron or ironing board, no phone, and no house keeping service for two days. We had to go to the desk to get clean towels. There’s no breakfast accommodations. It’s a two story complex with no elevator, hint; travel lite. There’s no ice available on 2nd floor. The staff is very nice and helpful though. If you’re just passing through and need a place to sleep for ONE night, it’s okay.
