"Friendly and very helpful staff. Well maintained with lots of amenities. East to get to and Shopping galore and downtown Wilmington is not far at all. The breakfast is excellent, the rooms are very nice, there is a pool and his tub along with outside tables and umbrellas and the hotel is well worth every penny. Keep up the good work team!"

"We had a great time. The location was perfect. Our room had a great view. It was nice to be at the pool with the ocean right there. We did not bring our beach gear but rented it from a local place so we could sit on the beach too. It all worked out well. Would definitely go back."

"We brought our chocolate lab and there was a good amount of area I could walk him. We had to wait 2 hrs past check in because it was still being cleaned yet so that was off putting because we were tired from driving over 10 hrs. The internet wasn’t working but my husband played with the connection and reset the downstairs TV so we were able to have 1 working TV during our stay. The area was nice and quiet except for the builders across the street but that is expected in a new building area. I was disappointed in the back patio half of the fence looked like it had blown down so there were pieces of the fence laying around and some piled up in the garage. The chairs were a joke and the grill was not usable. The two rocking chairs on the front porch were comfortable enough, also the hair dryer did not work as well.The condo was comfortable but if you like to hang out and watch TV the WiFi and internet connections need to be paired to the TV’s correctly, what good is there having 5 TV’s if they’re not hooked up properly."

"My family & I will forever treasure the memories we made at Founders Manor! Ocean Isle has always been a special place for my family, I grew up visiting the island frequently. This was the first time we had been able to get the family together for a trip like this in many years. My grandparents are getting older and it may have been our last chance to do a trip like this with them, so it was incredibly special to be able to spend it in this historical house. The house is beautiful and has plenty of space. The location is just incredible and the views are such a treat. The dogs had the time of their lives zooming up and down the yard and I was glad they were allowed to join us. The house was also very clean and I appreciated that many things were provided and not something we had to think about (linens, etc). Marnie is an excellent host. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!"

"Great little house about 15mins from the beach! And the area is very quiet. It was a last minute get away from my family. The tiny house was perfect get away for us. Only thing we had problem with was falling alseep, because how much light from the street light was coming into the house at night. It would be night to have blackout curtains through out the house. Made it hard to fall asleep and get into a deep sleep. We are looking forward to our next stay there."
