This beautiful mid-century style home exudes an "Old Florida" ambience, but with modern appliances and amenities. When entering the home, the striking high vaulted ceiilings and large windows on 2 sides make it bright and airy. One of he main highlights of this property is a spacious outdoor screened-in living space surrounded by lush tropical gardens, which includes a dining area for up to 8 people.





The property is conveniently located just 1 block from the entrance to the Lake Worth Beach Golf Course, with its restaurant and access to the Intracoastal Waterway and only 8 blocks north of Lake Avenue, Lake Worth Beach's main dining and entertainment mile. The famous Lake Worth Casino Municipal Beach, arguably one of the nicest municipals beaches in South Florida, is just a 5 minute drive or a gorgeous 20 minute walk. Downtown West Palm Beach, with the Brightline Train Station and Arts & Entertainment Distict is a 15 minute drive. Palm Beach International Airport and the legendary Town of Palm Beach on Palm Beach Island are within 10 minutes driving distrance. This house is not pet friendly and no animals of any kind are allowed, including service animals, as the owner is highly allergic.



Same day reservations made for this property are on request. Palm Beach Vacation Rentals does not rent to anyone under the age of 21. A refundable damage security deposit of $500 is required for this property. The person reserving this house and signing the registration MUST occupy the premises for the entire length of stay. Non-compliance with this policy could result in the immediate eviction from the property with no refund.
