"The most horrible rude unprofessional staff i have ever seen . The worst experience i have had . The most insulting staff who has no manner yell and double charge my credit card , invade my room many times without my permission . I m. A physician who works at the hospital JFK right next to the hotel and this nasty assistent manger attacked me twice claiming i owe them when she double charged me and over charged me . I need my money back "

"Don't listen to the negative reviews. We enjoyed our 2 night stay at this "mom & pop" budget motel. Not fancy or updated but the room was clean, the AC cold, the shower hot, and the breakfast was delicious. The owner and staff were super friendly. "

"I would like to shout out the photographer of this property. They need a raise! The place was very run down. It's in a rough area, neighborhoods didn't feel inviting. We could hear traffic from our room, and the train went by several times. The room was described as "able to sleep 4." Well, that was simply impossible. There was 1 king size bed. No couch. No futon. Just a large chair that was impossible to sleep in as a full-size adult. The tv barely worked and then didn't at all. It was a very tight fit. The bathroom was pretty nice, but the water pressure wasn't the greatest. They did have a pool and laundry area, which could be appealing to some travelers, but I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone and I won't return either."

"I check in late. When I enter the room, the room wasn't clean beds are not wash towels are in the floor, toilets is awful. Garbage from previous guest are still there with unpleasant smell "

"The staff was exceptional! We had an issue in our room and Betty moved us right away! The place is clean, bed very comfortable and very quiet! We will definitely stay there again!"

"What a cute & cozy little bungalow! We just needed a pit stop on a long road trip and wanted to check WPB out in the day time, so booked this retro style mother-in-law suite. It had everything we needed for the duration of our stay. The location was in a residential area close to where we wanted to visit. Parking was easy, finding our bungalow was easy and it smelled citrus clean as soon as we walked in. The shower had good pressure and like others advised, the bed & pillows were comfy. The TV is mounted in a weird spot over the bed, but it did wok as expected with Roku. The mini fridge kept our bottled waters cold and we the owner provided clear instructions for everything listed above. She responded to questions quickly before our stay and during our stay and provided clean towels! It was such a great value and we would stay again if we every return to WPB."
