Welcome to Water’s Edge, a beautiful, modern, and clean lakefront home in Lakeland, Florida, where natural light, stunning lake views, and a bright, inviting atmosphere create the perfect setting for family vacations and group gatherings. This spacious, pet-friendly home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across seven beds in three thoughtfully designed bedrooms, with two full bathrooms and plenty of room to relax and reconnect. Enjoy the private heated pool, comfortable furnishings, a well-stocked chef’s kitchen, and fun recreational amenities, including shuffleboard and driveway pickleball. With modern conveniences, a dedicated workspace, and the ultimate peaceful setting just minutes from downtown Lakeland, Florida Southern College (FSC), and within reach of Florida’s major theme parks, Water’s Edge offers the ideal blend of relaxation, recreation, and convenience for your Florida getaway.


Bedrooms:
"Luxe" Master Suite: Features a King Canopy bed, a cozy reading corner, and an ensuite master bath with a huge zero-threshold walk-in shower, dual sink vanity, and a spa-like feel. A wood shower seat is provided.
"Gator Room": Offers a King bed and super fun, tropical decor.
"Whale Room": Includes a Queen bed, a small Serta futon, and a 43" smart TV. All bedrooms are equipped with walk-in closets, hangers, a dresser, luggage rack, extra blankets, reading chairs, reading lights, essential oil diffusers, portable fans, laundry baskets, and room darkening shades for a restful sleep. An iron and ironing board are also available.

Kitchen & Dining:
Our large chef's kitchen boasts new stainless-steel appliances, including an electric range with oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer. It's very well-stocked with serving dishes, pots, and pans. The dining table seats 8 to 10, with additional seating for 4 at the adjacent kitchen counter.

Living & Recreation Areas:
Living Room: A spacious area featuring a 75" smart TV for your streaming needs, board games, binoculars, a viewfinder, and books (children's books and toys are also available).
Cozy Wine Lounge: Discover our "Bicycle Bar" and chess game area, perfect for unwinding.
Sunroom/Recreation Room: This vibrant space offers a shuffleboard table, cornhole set, poker set, and a conversation lounge area. For your wellness routine, you'll find yoga mats, towels, and a block. It also includes a dedicated workspace with fast Wi-Fi and two twin trundle beds (providing four separate twin beds). Enjoy stunning views of the lake from this room.
Garage & Parking: The garage houses a washer/dryer, yard games, driveway pickleball equipment, croquet, a smoker, grill, and fishing poles. Parking is available for up to 4 cars in the driveway (please stay to the left as it's a shared driveway). The two-car garage is also available for parking.

Pool Area: Step out to our outdoor, screen-enclosed, heated swimming pool, a premium amenity for your enjoyment. The pool area includes noodles, floats, a pool exercise set, outdoor dining for 6, and comfortable sun loungers. With direct lake access, you can bring your fishing gear or boat; Lake Parker is excellent for fishing, and public boat ramps are nearby.

Security: Cameras are located at the front of the house, front door and driveway, by the garage and the pool deck

Wide and flat driveway.
Entry is lit with a 4-inch step up to the double door.
The master bath has a zero-threshold shower with a wood shower seat (no grab bars).
There is a 4-inch step down into the sunroom/game room that leads out to the pool.
