"Parking. The property charges $7.00 a night for guest parking. I understand paying for guest parking at downtown hotels due to limited parking spaces usually located at parking garages. But parking spaces at suburban hotels are not at parking garages but on property so why charge? I have come to Memphis for the last 5 years in September to attend the Southern Heritage Classic. I stay 3 nights (Thursday - Saturday). This parking charged adds an extra $21.00 on my bill. I don’t care for it, but I really enjoy my stay at the property. But now being retired I may have to seek hotels with more inclusive fees. "

"Dedrick was awesome! He assisted us unload our luggage, get to our room and park the car with lots of help and clear instructions. The hotel is a bit run down but the staff is nice and helpful "
